This policy explains what data we receive through the Ivivism website (the pre-order page) and how we handle it. A separate policy for the app itself will be published at launch.
What we collect
From the pre-order form: your name, email or Telegram handle, phone type (iPhone or Android) and the page language.
Where you came from: ad campaign tags (utm) and the referring page address.
Technical data for spam protection: your IP address and browser signals checked by our bot protection. We don't store them.
Why
To contact you about your pre-order, send you an invite at launch and understand which ads work. We don't sell your data or share it for anyone else's advertising.
Who helps us process it
Vercel — website hosting and bot protection for the form.
InstantDB — the database where your request is stored.
Resend — sends us an email about each new request.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — a pixel for measuring ads, when enabled; it may set cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
Until the app launches and for 6 months after — or less, if you ask us to delete your request sooner.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold, correct it, delete your request or withdraw consent — just email ninecourses@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
You can block the pixel's cookies in your browser settings — the site keeps working.
